support.point at the Department of Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy

Im Rahmen der Mental Wellbeing Initiative der FU Berlin werden seit Oktober 2022 Anlaufstellen für mentale Gesundheit im Studium (support.points) an den Fachbereichen eingerichtet.

In den support.points arbeiten Psycholog*innen und Psychotherapeut*innen, die dabei helfen, Anliegen rund um mentale Gesundheit zu klären, gemeinsam erste Lösungsansätze zu finden und ggf. auf Hilfsangebote zu verweisen. Die Beratungen erfolgen anonym und vertraulich, die Mitarbeiter*innen unterliegen der Schweigepflicht. Dabei ist kein Anliegen zu groß oder zu klein, um beim support.point vorbeizuschauen (z.B. Prüfungsvorbereitung/-stress, sich verloren fühlen auf dem Campus, Prüfungs-/Redeangst, Prokrastination, Suche nach einem Psychotherapieplatz…).

Die Verantwortliche für den support.point am Fachbereich BCP bin ich, Nina Göritz. Ich bin Psychologin und systemische Psychotherapeutin.

Während die Räumlichkeiten fertig eingerichtet werden, nehme ich ab sofort gerne Email-Anfragen entgegen und biete bei Bedarf individuelle Gespräche über Webex an. Sie erreichen mich unter nina.goeritz@fu-berlin.de.

Die Türen der anderen support.points (aktuell FB Philosophie und Geisteswissenschaften in der Rostlaube, FB Geschichts- und Kulturwissenschaften in der Silberlaube sowie FB Veterinärmedizin in der Koserstr.) stehen Ihnen ebenfalls offen (Infos zu den Sprechzeiten dort finden Sie unter: https://www.fu-berlin.de/sites/mentalwellbeing/Support_Points/index.html).

Auch als Mitarbeiter*innen/ Dozent*innen können Sie sich an die support.points wenden. Neben offenen Sprechstunden sind Workshops und weitere Unterstützungsangebote in Planung. Aktuell befindet sich das Projekt im Aufbau und wir freuen uns über Hinweise, Vorschläge oder Fragen (Email an support.point@studienberatung.fu-berlin.de oder direkt an mich).

As part of the Mental Wellbeing Initiative at the FU Berlin, so-called support.points for mental health during studies are being set up at the departments since October 2022.

The support.points are staffed by psychologists and psychotherapists who help to clarify mental health concerns, work with you to find initial solutions, and refer you to other support services if necessary. The consultations are anonymous and confidential, and the staff are bound by professional secrecy.

The psychotherapist responsible for the support.point at the Department BCP is me, Nina Göritz. While my office in the department is being set up, I am happy to receive requests via email (nina.goeritz@fu-berlin.de) and can offer individual appointments via Webex.

The doors of the other support.points (currently Department of Philosophy and Humanities at Rostlaube, as well as Department of Veterinary Medicine at Koserstr. and History and Cultural Studies at Silberlaube) are also open to you (information about the office hours can be found at: https://www.fu-berlin.de/en/sites/mentalwellbeing/Support_Points/index.html).

You can also contact the support.points as staff/ lecturers.
