I completed my PhD in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Communication Systems, in February 2016. My major fields of research are Pattern Recognition and Computer Vision as well as Multispectral Signal Analysis. More specifically, I am doing research on Quantitative Analysis of Microscopy Data, 2D/3D Image Segmentation and Object Detection, Mathematical Optimization, Genetic Algorithms, Neural Networks, and Noise Reduction.
