Urban Ecology (AG Straka)
Our research focuses on the drivers affecting biodiversity and human-nature-wildlife interactions in urban environments, with a particular focus on arthropods, birds, and mammals. We are interested in the full spectrum of these interactions, ranging from positive, neutral to negative.
In our work, we integrate ecological and social science methods and approaches to find solutions for "shared urban landscapes" where nature, wildlife, and people can coexist and thrive.
