The 26 EMBL PhD symposium, “Biology Outside The Box”, represents the annual symposium’s mission to highlight research and researchers who are pushing the limits of our knowledge of biology. Organized entirely by EMBL predoctoral students of 2024, the symposium introduces a diverse ensemble of researchers presenting their work that redefines what was considered possible in biological research. With this symposium, EMBL students welcome you, fellow upcoming researchers, to a “uniquely student” occasion to celebrate the expansion of knowledge and to connect with other fellows of the scientific community.
