In accordance with the legal fundamentals and the guideline for female promotion of the Free University Berlin, the department of biology, chemistry, pharmacy lay every two years a female promotion plan down. It includes more general, long-term aims and sighted, concrete steps. The plan is draw up by employees with management functions of the department.
