Graduate School Plant Sciences
Doctoral students of the department of Applied Genetics can become member of the graduate school Plant Sciences, which is part of the Dahlem Research School of the FU Berlin.
The graduate school offers special training courses covering different aspects of plant biology including molecular biology and genetics, developmental and cell biology, biochemistry of plants and plant physiology, ecology of plants and animals, functional biodiversity and molecular ecology, systematic botany and plant geography, bioinformatics. Its members have access to the Transferable Skills Programme of the Dahlem Research School.
