The New Scientist has covered the manuscript "Six networks on a universal neuromorphic computing substrate", that has been deposited in ArXiv three weeks ago. Neuroinformatics postdoc/junior group leader Michael Schmuker has co-authored this manuscript with researchers from the Electronic Vision(s) group, Kirchhoff-Institute fot Physics, Heidelberg University.

It's nice to see that stuff on ArXiv gets picked up by the public. Quite a motivation to put more manuscripts there - if your target journal of choice allows it, that is.
